We knew while we were away that there was to be some snow flurries on the East Coast. One of our granddaughters called her mom while we were enroute the wedding and said she was walking the dog and there were ice pellets pounding her. When we arrived home yesterday and saw our Monday afternoon news paper, there was a picture of the mountains between town and the North Carolina state line. You could see the white stuff on the ground. None here in town though.
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister. We have 4 children, 4 children-in-law, 11 grandchildren, 4 grandchildren-in-law. We have the best of life! I love to do crafts especially needlework crafts. I usually have a quilt or two in the making. I am a retired nurse and enjoying every minute of retirement.
