In checking my stats this morning, I see that four people from Finland are reading my post. Hyva Paiva to you! We lived in Finland, in Tampere--actually Vuorentausta, in 1968-1969. We loved the country. It was stressful with having three children who could not speak Finnish all going to three different Finnish schools. Maybe that is the reason for my digestive problems now. Loved the food. I still do a Finnish meal occasionally.
